NT Print Server Error

Hello,
I am using a COMPAQ PROLIANT 1500 NT4.0 180mb as a print server. Lately I've been getting calls regarding print jobs that are not printing (in print que, however). When I attempt to stop the spooling service I get the following error message "Drive cannot find the sector requested". Any ideas?

If they don't print from your NT spooler, have you got them set to print directly or spool? If you spool a spooled print job you can get problems.
