What printer is it? Is there a newer driver for it on the manufacturers website? Have you tried to allow Windows to install the drivers over the internet (windows update)?
I don't expect that you will get old NT drivers to work in Windows 2003 server anyway.

Chances are good a WinXP driver will work. Don't even THINK about ever using that printer with Vista [smile]
