I have written a custom .adm file so that Internet Explorer Proxy Settings can be set via a NT 4.0 system policy. Because of the nature of the network infrastructure I need to specify quite a few exceptions for the proxy settings. As far as I am aware the maximum length for an NT regsitry key is 255 characters, and my exceptuions list exceeds this, does anybody know of a workaround for this??

I have customised using Kixtart certain NT PCs with correct proxy settings using an ini file to access the internet you can also use group membership to remove or add restrictions to the internet. Njoy!
