Is there any size limitation on HD's for NT 4.0 SP6a?

According to my research:

The maximum size of a FAT16 partition is 2^32 bytes or 4.2GB.
The maximum size of a NTFS partition is 2^64 or 1.8e19 bytes.
The system partition must be no more than 7.8GB.

The disc size would be limited by the disc controller. EIDE allows up to 136GB. Over that, you would have to use something like SCSI or SATA.

If it is a secondary drive formatted in NTFS it should be only dependent on the BIOS limitations, correct?

The MAX size of an NTFS partition for a logical volume is limited to 2TB on NT4.

Will you be using EIDE or SCSI?

If you are using EIDE the size will be limited by the BIOS of your machine.

The max size your C: partition can be on NT4 4GB.
