How do i change a user from default I_USR to another user using PHP on IIS?

A simple problem, I hope its possible

wes server-> properties -> Directory Security -> Anonymous ... -> Edit

Then change the user and the pass.

The point is, I want a page to have different login to the rest of the site because it needs access to change other files
