I recently installed NT server onto a new western digital 20 gig hd and it boots up fine as a master drive. When I attach the old NT server hd as a slave, I get the blue screen of death and it says inoperable_boot_device. This is on the blue screen after I select NT server to boot. I have the pins in the appropriate places on both hard drives. NT boots up fine if I switch it around a make the old hd the master and the new hd the slave. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong???
