NT Event Log Error EVent ID 2000

I get the following error message in the NT EVENT Application Log.

This error repeats for an hour or so.

I have located the report 'Group Members' and removed it from Info Desktop

I have located the file \\stag6\si\input\reports\~cicmef7.rpt and deleted it

I am still getting this message.

Any Ideas ?
