Trying to copy a file from one folder to another resulted in the following error box message: The instruction at "0x04013af6" referenced memory at "0x201f4513". The memory could not be "written". Anybody know what this means? And how to fix this?

The reason was due to the fact an updated DCOMM file was missing. In this case, the machine had uninstalled homesite, installed coldfusion which cause the cut and paste problem. Allaire, the makers of homesite/coldfusion list this error on their support site.
