NT Error Message......Please Help

I randomly get the following error message :

spoolss.exe
THe instruction at "0x10025ea8" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".

What is theis message referring to? Is there a problem with the printer drivers? Any/all help is greatly appreciated!!!!

What task are you performing when you get this error?

spoolss.exe is the spooler service. are you printing when the error occurs??
you may just have to restart the service.

What about deleting the print driver and reinstalling it? If I am not mistaken the error message is coming up on boot up (after he logs in). He is printing to an HP LaserJet 4050N and a HP LasrerJet Color 4500N. I check to see if his jobs were spooling and it seems that his jobs aren't set to spool. What do you think??????

To give a little more information I was told that he only receives this message when he is trying to print (the above staement was incorrect). He also told me that it only happens some of the time and not all of the time.
