NT Domain credentials

My new exchange users get prompts for their NT domain credentials when trying to setup their mailboxes,but when given Domain admin rights this does not happen.My exchange server is a member server running Advanced 2000 server in a NT and Win 2000 domain.

Any kind of solution will be appreciated......
