I have installed a new 18 GB SCSI drive in my Netfinity 5000 server. ServeRAID Manager sees the drive, NT does not. I would like to make this drive available as additional storage space in a new volume. What am I missing? TIA

Does the drive show up in ServeRaid-Manager?
What is your adapter?

Did you create an array and logical drive out of the drive? (single drive RAID 0 I assume)? What does SRM show as the drive state? OKY? RDY? DDD?

I overlooked the obvious. Once I created a new array, NT was able to see the drive. Thanks for the help.
