I have a customer with MICS units that wants to monitor all calls. The way that the lines are set up, the MICS can't do it itself. has anybody used this "NT Digital Option Manager" or seen any other products that will allow silent monitoring of calls?
yes but it only works if the person you want to monitor answers the call, right? we have 10 analog lines in hunt group. all phones ring; it's first come, first serve whoever wants to answer. if that call gets transferred, the monitoring won't work anymore, right?
