NT Current Event Viewer Not Working.

I am currently operating under Windows XP and accessing the NT Current Event viewer on a PC with Windows 2000 Professional.

I can get as far as specifying the tables and inserting the data fields in the detail section. However, when Description: Memo field is entered followed by a refresh, Crystal shuts down

Any clue?
