NT box crashed while uninstalling 5.5

Tried to uninstall Groupwise 5.5 from a NT box and not all elements were removed, it crashed while I was uninstalling. Now all I have in Add/Remove control panel is HTML and Tip of the day items. When I try to uninstall it will not let me saying some required dll's are missing. I try to reinstall Groupwise but I receive error message saying "severe errors encountered, will not install." Is there a way to "clean up" these left over items?
