NT Authentication Login Box

NT? Over the web? http:80? nada....
that NT challenge response thing is for if the other 2 aren't checked and can be used locally.
Over the web you can get a basic authentication window to come up using the middle checkbox under directory security.
it will ask for a username and login (a username from domain user list)

Edit your website properties, goto the security tab, uncheck anonymous, specify NT security and an account that has access.
