Is there any way to set up a server alias under Windows NT Server.. I have a site whose server name is 9 characters and has an underscore in it.. The problem is that my software is older software and does not like the underscore.. The net admin WILL NOT rename the server to anything else.. So I need to be able to set up an alias of sorts to make the software think it is accessing a different server name.. Is that possible? Or is it just wishful thinking??

Use Walker utility from the Norton GHost set. It will solve Your problem.

MCSE;MCP+I
mcps@technologist.com
Victor Kozlov
