Does anyone know if you can add Terminal Services to a standard NT 4 server? Or do you need to purchase a whole new OS package to do this?

Yes you have to purchase all the new OS and reinstall your server.....

NT4 Terminal Server is a separate product from NT4. Terminal Services will load as a Network Service only on Windows 2000... - Bill

Just a comment... you do *not* have to reinstall Windows Term server to get it on a standard 4.0 box. A "repair" installation will copy/replace the correct files and then add the current SP to it. I've done this both ways.. to add and remove termserver services from an NT 4.0 box. I will add that this was done under duress of a extreme time crunch and I would probably do a clean install *if* I had the time or I did not have access to any special drivers.

you would have to install windows NT.4.0 terminal server edition which has built terminal services.Windows 2000 server and advanced server come with built in terminal services.
