We have just deployed policies out to our NT4/2000 network. When creating the policies we decided that we did not want these policies applied on servers or to certain users. We created a policy for our default user, then created one for our domain admins, and then an additional one for people that should be excluded from the policy.
The policy seems to working for our workstations, but the problem we seem to be having is on our servers. We are having problems blocking these policies from our server.
The changes we have made to our domain admins group seem to be taking affect, but the policies setup for no policies seem to be partly working.
It is net setting the wallpaper and screensaver settings, but it is setting the background color and disabling the current wallpaper settings.
Any Thoughs?
