NT 4.0 server and Terminal server problems

I am trying to replacec my old PDC with a new PDC.(Old one is having major hardware failures.) I already built the new one and the problem is the old one has more options when creating and editing domain users.(It has terminal server options.) I need the Terminal Server option because I have 2 NT terminal servers running citrix. I set the new server up as a BDC then checked the users and still all terminal server options are missing.

So you need to install NT4 Terminal Server not basic NT4.

No I need to install NT 4 Server. I have two Terminal Servers but need access to the options for Terminal Server in the User Manager. I need this box as a Domain Controller.
