NT/2000 client upgrade

I have several servers running the NT client for ARCserve 6.61 Advanced. I would like to back them up to a server running ARCserve 2000. Is there an upgrade path for the client agent or do I just install the NT/2000 client for ARCservre 2000 on top of the old one?

Install the new agent on top of it but you have to register the product if you dont have licenses.. DatabaseBaba...
