I have two completely legal paid for and registered versions of Norton systemworks Pro and Norton internet security Pro on two of my computers in my SOHO network. One is 2001 and the other is 2002. Both were updated to 2003 on renewing subscription. They are fully paid up and subscribed up until June 2004.
Live Update functions correctly and downloads updates both automatically and manually.
I need to reformat and upgrade one of the computers to XP Pro. The Symantec site describes how to locate your account ID to obtain the required update and download on a reinstall.
My problem is that there is NO account ID under Help about on either computer under NIS or SWorks. I have searched the Symantec site and googled extensively.
What next?
