I need to flash NSU because its not booting. My problem is that with my labtop i am not able to stop the boot and to enter in vxworks.Did somebody had the same problem.I am using hyperterminal and XP and DELL.The smae problem i have with 3300 i am not able to stop the boot with my machine

Are you sure your serial cable is good?
I've known people to try and use cables that come with datagear that look good but dont work. (not rs232 standard pinout)
