We just upgraded a customer with 2 Mxe 3300 Call Directors and the 3 NSUs did not upgrade their software on reboot. Any Ideas?
The operating software went from 7.1.x.x to 10.0.3.30 within the MCDs.
Depends how the NSU's are used. NSU's with PRI need to have their databases updated with IMAT. Otherwise ( MSDN etc ) they should upgrade themselves. However on a jump from 7 to MCD they might not be able to do it themselves because of too great a leap in firmware. I believe the THB might have a process to upgrade the NSU firmware manually or there is a KB article on doing so.
