nsrpm.exe - Entry point not found

Receiving the following error message when trying to start the nsrpm service on a NT4.0 client. The complete error is as follows:

"The procedure entry point SetThreadExecutionState could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNELL32.dll"

Has anyone encountered this?

NSRPM.exe is the NetWorker Power Manager Service it only runs on WIN2000. Not NT4. Don't try to start it, it won't run.
