nsrperf.exe on NT4 and w2k

Does anyone know how to use this?
Nothing mentioned in the manual!

Run nsrperf -y.
I think you may then have to reload and then call it again.
Once you do, the Networker counters should show in perfmon.

To get rid of it, run nsrperf -n.
