nsrnotesv return Backup terminated due to timeout

Configuration: server unix 7.2.1 _ client W20003 NML 2.2.1

Is it possible to
- to modify the notes.ini file with the BACKUP_TIMEOUT parameter


- to set the XBSA Environnemnet variables NML_SKIPDBERRORS and NSR_DEBUG_LEVEL ;
For Windows clients, how to set the variables? as syetem variables ?

There is a backup timeout variable which can be set within the notes.ini file on the client.

Note! This variable should only be set after all other possible causes have been eliminated, such as network issues, or possible EDM server side problems like tape or drive issues that could cause similar timeout failures.

BACKUP_TIMEOUT=value

This value is specified in minutes. The default is 15 minutes. While placing this parameter in the notes.ini file put it between 2 entries in the file or if this is the last entry then specify a carriage return after the entry. It is recommended to set this value to 30 or 45 minutes to start and increase if necessary.

You should be able to set the other parameters in the Application information property of the client. Look in
the Admin guide for Notes for this.

THE NML_SKIPDBERRORS can be set as environment variable in Windows, but the better way is via myargs in the client properties.

But the best way is to update to NML 3.0 if your license will cover this.
in NML 3.0 NML_SKIPDBERRORS is deprecated, you use a commandfile with all parameters instead.
In my installations I set the BACKUP_TIMEOUT to unlimited
