nsrnotesv failure

I'm getting this:

System description (test platform, we're doing a proof-of-concept)
Host OS: AIX 4.3.3 ML09
Networker: 6.0.1 configured as a server
Domino 5.09
Networker BSM for Lotus Notes on AIX version 2.1.

Removing/reinstalling things doesn't help.

Any ideas?
