Nsrexecd crashing onNT

I'm running
NT4.0 SP5 server SP4 client
Networker 5.5.2 build 165 Server & client

The nsrexecd service crashe with a DR Watson during save
it doesnt occur on every run and not on the same client!!

Any ideas ?

Same problem here, and Legato reports that there is a problem with 5.5.2 and nsrexecd. The legato tech note was LGTpa21029. They gave us a patched nsrexecd.exe and liblocal.dll (via our vendor's partner care) which blew up when starting the nsrexecd service. The other option offered was to upgrade to 5.5.3. We haven't tried yet.
