In the ACLs of each database on your server, go to the Advanced tab, and select the option "Enforce a consistent Access Control List across all replicas of this database."
It will make this VERY secure. In fact, it will most likely prevent you from getting into a database from the server, and you could potentially lock yourself out of some databases.
Make sure you check out the Lotus Support forums before you do this, because there are some implications.

Thanks for responding. I did look in the Notes Help, and it does tell me that "To keep data in local replicas secure, encrypt the database.".
Right now, unless the users really insist on security on the CD Copy of their Notes E-Mail, I am going to wait on encrypting the databases.
Thanks again.
You can encrypt the database when creating a replica to secure the replica of the database for unauthorized access.
However when creating a replica for your endusers make sure that you use their own Notes ID in creating the replica.
