NScTop.exe error when SSC is opened

Has anyone else encountered this problem - when opening SSC with the NAV Corporate View it comes up with a NScTop.exe error. After this has happened you cannot see any of the connected clients on any of the servers, unless Console Default View is selected and SSC restarted...

Your help would be appreciated.
