Who has experiences with the function related to this command? I think you can define more than one analouge ports in the office with nscoi and then you connect ringing-devices. But how to program the operator that calls go to nscoi-positions? rernum in opadc? And which is the procedure to pick the calls from an extension?

Hi

You can configure up to 30 EQU positions to "ring", upon a call Night Switching. These EQU positions are specified by the "NSCOI:EQU=xxx-x-xx-xx;" syntax and listed via "NSDAP". They can typically be ELU22/29 ports. Any phone can dial a code to pickup an incoming call and calls can be queued towards this mechanism. The code to pickup will be as specified by "NADAP:NUMTYP=SC;" ("ANS" Service code) and may be set/amended via "NANSI/NANSE" etc.

Any ELU22/29 (for example) ports which are nominated will not subsequently be available for general telephony use. The "Universal Night Service" mechanism kicks in so long as other types of Night Switching (eg: as set by RODNI against a route)are NOT set.

Hi

Afterthought.....where I've stated "NANSI/NANSE", read "NASCS/NASCR".
