NS700 with Gamma SIP on Draytek 2862

Hi All

My issue is this! The SIP is up and running and the call sets up every time after a while i lose inbound audio (one way transmission)A reboot of the Draytek resolves the issue for a while then it comes back. Any ideas ?

Is SIP ALG Helper enabled on Draytek?

By default the alg is disabled on the draytek

We use the draytek and they are normally very stable. Are you using registration or non registration sip trunk ( is nat enabled on the system). If you port mirror on the draytek from the port the system to your pc and run wireshark, you can see what is happening.

Probably a open port/ firewall rules

Is the default rule on the draytek set to block?
