NS700 - Which is better - Incoming to DISA or AA? 1

This is for a Pizza Parlor.
They want incoming calls to go to a recorded up-sell message with specials and the like before the calls are sent to ICD 601 to be answered by the humans.
Both DISA and Custom Service messages will work.
I'm wondering which is the preferred method to accomplish this?

If you want the full message to be played before going to ring group. Best is seting up two groups. One with no members and the second with the extension to ring

Use queuing table to play ogm1 and then overflow. The no answer destination should be the second Group. Point the lines to ring the first and it will play the message then go to second group.you can have a second queuing group to play message while they hold
