Hello all,
Bit of a weird one I am wondering if anyone else has encountered when using Voiceflex SIP on an NS700 (UK).
The server is set to send the DDIs in National Format (01622NNNNNN) and on the wireshark traces on-site and from VF we're seeing 01622NNNNNN@IPADDRESS
All good so far!
On the DDI/DID routing table, the system was happilly chugging along with 01622NNNNNN routing the calls.. then one day BAM! Nothing worked. Nothing has changed on the VF side or on the system, nothing has changed on the router. Nothing has changed on the wireshark traces we're seeing.
Yet somehow, changing the DDI/DID routing to 00441622NNNNNN suddenly makes it worse.
Panasonic have no idea, Voiceflex are adamant this is not an issue their end (which I believe it is as they're the one sending the traffic) - Has anyone else experienced ANYTHING similar?
System is on V7 firmware, Draytek 2862n on site all ALG settings disabled and SIP ports programmed for safety.
