Hi I dont know if anybody has any experience of configuring Virgin Media sip trunks on a NS700.
They have given me two ip address
1. Signalling IP which I presume is the SIP Server IP 89.101.152.19......
2. RTP IP 89.101.152.19.... Where does this IP go on the setup

On my phone NT551 the line positions with the sip trunks are active but I cannot make or receive calls. The have given me a test number

Any help would be great

Michael

Hey Michael. The first ip is the registration server the second is voice traffic

You have to setup the firewall to route 5060 to the system Ip. The ports 16000 to 16511 to the dsp card Ip

You don’t use register and the ip of your ISP has to be set in the sip trunk card and ip natt enabled. Also the port 15060 has to be changed to 5060 on the card so you have to change the sip extension server on site property. Reboot required after all port settings

The sip settings are prefer headder and pbx-clip. And caller should be changed. I think cant remember the proper words but is something-something ( sorry I am away and don’t have my laptop). You have to put the 01xxxxxx test number in the extension clip to make calls too
