NS700 UM with CA; Is there a way to view/manage (listen to, delete, mark as heard, trans)voicemails

Hello,

I have a prospective customer who will be replacing their ShoreTel system with an NS700 (due to licensing issues).

They would like to be able to manage their voicemails from their computer screen- more than just the voicemail to email feature.

The Outlook plug-in appears to give some functionality- but not quite what we're looking for.

Ideally, they would like to visually see any and all messages currently in their mailbox, all on one screen, and be able to manage and do with the messages as they please- viewing, transferring, listening to a message by selecting it maybe in the middle of other messages, etc.

Does anybody know if and how this can be done?

Any and all feedback/help is much appreciated!
 
Why are you installing an NS700. Panasonic is out of the business, and their support is dissapearing in march, and you havn't been able to buy new hardware since january. Look into NEC, E-metrotel, or a cloud solution>
Though you can set login accounts for each user associated with an extension. From this login they can edit their call forwarding, their own speed dials and flexible buttons, their own mailbox settings and recordings. But I don't believe they can manage their received voicemails on this screen. I don't see why voicemail to email, in a dedicated mailbox wouldn't be good enough, but I suppose it's what you want.
 
E-Metrotel, Sangoma , Grandstream , Yeastar is what i would be looking at.
