Hi

Have about 20 NS700 changing over from ISDN to SIP Trunks, all went well with the first few but the ISP SIP provider is using the symbol ^ in the password and the Panasonic NS700 wont accept this in the password.
Obliviously I have asked the SIP provider to change the symbol to something else but its taking roughly 2 months to change.

Is there any way other than waiting for the SIP provider.

I have change to NEC SL2100 on some of them and have no problem with the passwords.

You should have upgraded to version 9 and copied/pasted the password, it works.

I have upgraded all to v9 but I didn't try copy and paste

Will try tonight

We had this issue last week but with % character. It wouldn’t save the Auth Password string copied in from an email. The SIP provider just regenerated a password until there was one without a percentage symbol.

VoiceFlex?
See my other comment about the % symbol. Glad we didn’t get one with the hat thing.

My voiceflex portal lets me generate a new password instantly
