We are currently on firmware 009.00018

Our VOIP supplier has moved to a Oracle solution which means it requires a contact feild to be sent in the header to complete registration.

Currently the NS700 by default does not send a contact feild which means our VOIP supplier is seeing a * in this feild and rejects the registration so the connection defaults to Fault. We believe that this feild can be enabled in the SIP Option (bits) tab using the *Sales001* account. However we can not get any information on which of the feilds to enable. We are attempting to send

Disable "Un-Register Ability when port INS" feature for the corresponding ports.
