Hi,

I've successfully set up a IP-Gateway between two NS700 systems which works fine in as much as I can dial an extension from one system to the other. I can also include an extension of PBX B as the DDI on PBX A.

PBX A is on numbering system 2xx and PBX B is on 1xx.

However, what I can't get my head around is how to include an extension(s) on PBX A and an extension(s) on PBX B to both ring on a particular DDI. As PBX A won't allow a 1xx extension number in the ICD group.

I hope this makes sense and hope that someone can tell me the correct method of achieving this please?

Use dummy extension in ICD group on PBX A and turn on mobile extension feature for it. Mobile extension will be as extension on PBX B.

What you need is a portable extension in the same number range of the system with a mobile license forward that to the number on the other system extension or group ( with a 1xx or 2xx number depending on system A or B)

Put that number in a group with the other extension you want to ring and they will all ring

Watch the number or channels you have between the systems or it will get busy back
