Ns700 legacy cell stations

In the manual it stipulates that 2 traditional cell stations can be installed max. Can they both go on the dlc2 card or does one require an expansion card and or licence?

I recall back in the day that cell stations had to be 3 pairs away on the mdf.

Just installed an ns700 with 2ipcs and 2 traditional cell stations of which only one works.

You can have 4 or 6 digital stations cs using digital ports. Cant remember model number
If you mix ip and digital cellstations on the system
You have to setup air sink on all cells or they wont handover from the digital to the ip units or back

Are they showing ins on the systen it could be ports on the 2 dlc on board cant take 2 never tried but have a system with one on that and 4 on 8 dlc card

No licences required for them to work

Look at the error log and see if one over cs in in there

Forgot to take a backup and with the customer breathing down my neck I wrote the public IP address on a piece of paper which I have misplaced. I connected all but 1 of the legacy CS as they had an ncp500 before with 3 CS. It comes up as fault when connected to the 2nd port of the dlc 2. Using air sync group 1 the IPCS are master and the legacy are slaves.

I'm sure i've got something written down so will have a look when I find it.

HI Mate,

I know you can get up to 8 legacy type cs's on a NS700 system (no expansion) and loads of IPCS's.

The reason you had to wire every 4 ports on legacy was to do with the 8 channel CS's.

Obviously plug a phone into the port that the cs isn't working on, probs a wiring issue.

Ok I've fixed the cs in question but now on maintenance I don't get any readings on the cs status monitor any reason why?
