I'm in the process of putting Gamma SIP trunks on a NS700 but I 'm getting one-way transmission, I'm sure I came across a troubleshooting guide yesterday but I can't find it today. Anyone seen one or know of anything obvious for me to look at?

Thanks

Are you using a Gamma Assured router or your own?, usually a NAT issue, need to make sure port 5060 is pointing to your system address and 6000-40000 is pointing to your DSP address.

I would also suggest you check the Virtual Slot----Shelf Property and make sure Nat Fixed Global Address to the public IP address that Gamma is expecting along with NAT Traversal as fixed Address. I have had this issue when Gamma receives the internal IP address as part of the SDP header

Thanks for the pointers guys, turns out the router was programmed with the wrong IP address for the DSP.
