We have most clients wanting the desk phones to forward to Cell these days as you can imagine...We usually put 2 buttons on a phone FWD to Cell and FWD off. Usually this is taking 2 lines for each call.

We have a client going in next week and they have Bell link lines so on the Nortel we can usually program a link F74 before the number how do we do that on the NS700 on the Fwd to cell Button to use the link feature so we don’t use up 2 lines for all cell calls...

What type of lines has your client (analogue, SIP, ISDN etc.)?
What is "link F74"? Is this a kind of command or some digit combination?
What have PBX to send into the line for provider to understand that you want to release this line?

------------
Telephone communication like an air: you do not notice it until you spoil it.
