NS700/DT521 One-touch programming.

Hi folks,

I did a search through the manuals and on line. Couldn't find specifics.

I'm attempting to program a one-touch to dial an outside number. No biggy. 9**********.
What I would like to do is have it use a specific CO.

It's probably simple and I will do a head slap when I find out the solution. (It's been a long week)

can you put the specific CO in it's own trunk group, if you put it in trunk group 2 for example you can put your one-touch as 802XXXXXXXX (8 = trunk group access 02 = trunk group 2)
To assign a trunk into a specific trunk group go to CO Line settings.
