I have several different ICD groups set up, one for each CO. There are some COs that I don't want to ring at certain extensions, but still want the CID displayed and the ability to pick up the call if needed.
Setting the flexible button to no ring allows pickup, but stops the CID from being displayed. I considered that a silent ring tone would solve it, but none of the 30 are silent. Setting the ringer volume to no ring works, but of course but then none of the lines ring.
This used to work fine on a prior KX-DT1232, when the extension was set to no ring, the CID was still displayed.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
