A new client came into work this am and the NS700 was dead as a doornail..no lights/LED's on the box, nothing on the sets display. AC Outlet was getting power.

Is there a fuse that needs to be checked? Or is it an issue with the power supply...or maybe worse??

Any thoughts??

Thanks in advance

It sounds like the power supply. You might have to send to be repaired, I tried to buy a psu from Panasonic and was told it has to go back to the repair centre to be fixed, that they won’t sell it for us to replace. I took one out of another one as a quick fix

Thanks for the response. Its kind of weird, I have the system on my bench and it will will start working, next day its dead again.

I don't have access to a repair centre. So I will likely part it out.

Thanks Again

I had one like that a few months ago. Replacing the psi sorted it.

You could try connecting Panasonic directly
