NS700 and CA Pro

Hi

Does anybody know if the Voicemail Assistant on the CA Pro works with the NS700

I understand the instructions just mention the TVM and not the NS700

When I try to load it up on the CA Pro it looks for the IP address of the voicemail which I am entering the PBX ip.

Any ideas

I have been told by tech support that the Voicemail Assistant does not apply to the NS which is a shame. Another over-site by Panasonic.
