an ns500 status lamp when on system is orange and then get to red status i think sw is ersaed from prom how can program hard again? what is and do the sd slot on the cpu board ?

It can be problem with power board.
SD slot card is for call recording and call centar rapport.
If a problem is in the MPR board it can be recovered with external SD card reader and special SW on SD card ,
but it is a job for the service center.
