Greetings,
I'm dealing with a Panasonic KX-NS500 PBX at a client, I have configured verification codes (6.3) as requested by the client and it works fine with analog extensions but when I try to dial with a generic (Grandstream GXP1450) SIP phone I always get a Connection Failed No response message at the phone. I have tried changing the DTMF modes from inband to RFC to SIP info with no luck.
I would like to know if there is a limitation to use this feature? according to the user manual it should be supported by SIP Extn.
To call with a verification code (Verification Code Entry)
PT/SLT/PS/SIP Extn./S-PS
PIN: Personal Identification Number
Thanks
