hi i need upgrade ns500 to ver8 from 6.01709 ver ut upload gone compelete after 5 seconds send error code D403015 massage and upgrade failed . i test file before and was ok.

What is the file name?

If it is the correct one, Did you unzip it

yes ! this work very good about 3 systems before this one i have ver7&8 and not working.yes there is an file without any file extention info properties just show FILE
