NS500 - Specific Trunk for Specific Extension

Hi All
What I am trying to set up is as follows :

SIP Gateway Port 1 is Basic to Provider,
Sip Gateway Port 2-12 is Additional for the Above.
Those calls automatically go the Automated Attendant.
Any Phone presses 0, then their call goes out through one of those connections.

I have Sip Gateway Port 13 configured as a different account with the sip provider. All calls to one of the specific geographic numbers will get routed onto that SIP account by the provider.
From there I believe I have to set DiD for that CO, so that it directs the call to extension 103 (which is an IP Phone for one of the other branches).
Now, what I want is when Extension 103 presses 0 to get an outside line, that their call will go through the Sip Gateway Port 13, and not through any other trunks.

I also do not want any other extensions outbound calls to go through that trunk.

Is that possible. and what steps to achieve that.

Thanks

Set them to seperate COS and use the call barring on trunk group feature.

Thanks Calum.
That part is working fine.

Only problem is, when I call in from my cellphone (eg 082327xxxx),
The number that shows up on the Yealink Dect IP Phone is exactly the same (082327xxxx).

If I hit redial or call back from the phone history, then it takes the 0 as the digit to get an outside line, then it dials the rest (82327xxxx).

Is it a standard (or how to do this) on the PABX :
Add a 0 to the incoming number (only if it is an external call, and not from another extension).
Eg : 082327xxxx incoming, would be changed to 0082327xxxx
but 250 incoming (From extension) will remain as 250

That way if they redial from the phone, it automatically has the leading zero (to aquire truni), and the full number.
I hope I am phrasing that right.

Thanks
